It began with the introduction of the first line of energy efficient motors two decades ago and continued with the introduction of the first motor to meet
U.S Energy Policy Act (EPACT) efficiency regulations. Today, we are continuing this heritage by providing additional energy efficient product designs and strengthening our commitment to the U.S. Department of Energy's Motor Challenge program. |

SABRE
SABRE rolled steel AC motors are the first in a new series of AC motors that will change the way the world puts Reliance Electric to work. We call it REVOLUTION. Compare the design, the specifications, the price,…the value, and you will see what we mean. SABRE rolled steel AC motors are available in 3 to 30 horsepower in NEMA frame sizes from 182T to 286T, with 3600, 1800, or 1200 rpm. ODP foot-mounted motors are available with standard or C-face mountings. TEFC foot-mounted motors are available with or without C-face mounts, and footless C-face configurations are also available . |

CALIBRE
CALIBRE™ is the next product addition to our Revolution motor series. CALIBRE is the cast iron counterpart to our SABRE rolled steel general-purpose motor line. The CALIBRE range is 3 HP to 50 HP, TEFC enclosure cast iron frame and end brackets. This product, as with all of our Small and Medium AC General Purpose motors, is available only from stock. Modifications are limited. The CALIBRE motor is EPAct efficient, 1.15 Service Factor, inverter capable with Class F insulation. CALIBRE motors are the ideal choice for applications such as fans, blowers, compressors, pumps, conveyors and process machinery. |
